How we do it?

Our order fulfilment process

Goods In & Storage

Dedicated product storage location allocated to each item, checked for accuracy and damage. 24 hours from receipt items are available for sale.

Order Processing

Orders are received via websites or on-line sales channels into our order management system and scheduled for processing.

Picking & Packing

Orders checked; products are then retrieved from their designated storage locations. Picked items are then carefully packed appropriately in individual postal packages as required.

Shipping & Tracking

Shipping labels are generated and the packed order given to a designated shipping/logistics partner. Clients can review order status throughout the process.

Returns

Should a customer need to return items, a returns process is initiated directly from you to us. Returned items are then received at our warehouse.

Inventory Management

Adstral’s warehouse management system (WMS) is automatically updated to reflect changes. Regular inventory audits and reconciliations are conducted to ensure accuracy.

Our dedicated client services team is available at every stage of the order fulfilment process by telephone, online and email. With a one-hour response time!
